As we come out of a 100+ day lockdown, we wish to start with the announcement that our star tiny box appliance, the Total Recall VR Essence, now ships in a 46% smaller enclosure.
We shrunk the enclosure to just 175x110x40 mm without compromising on recording channel capacity, which remains at 60 IP recording channels, and storage capacity, which remains at 600,000 individual recordings and up to 240,000 audio hours.

Finally, and after 4 month delay due to chip (IC) shortages, we are ecstatic to announce that our bestselling rack mount appliance, the Total Recall VR LinX Altus, can now ship with a processor upgrade option that extends its recording capacity to 90 IP and 72 analogue channels in a compact rack mount enclosure that measures just 220 x 480 x 230mm.
We are delighted to announce that our bestselling desktop appliance, the Total Recall VR LinX Neos, can now ships with a RAID disk option or a disk replica option.
We will continue to manufacture the LinX Neos in its current compact, stand-alone and industrial grade enclosure, however it is now possible to order it with either a RAID disk option or a disk replica option. Both options are designed to further improve the reliability and fault tolerance of the Linx Neos thus making it a more attractive call recording and audio logging solution for mission critical projects.
We need to catch up on our breaks this year after taking an unusually short break during January this year, so we will be taking a short break during the mid-year school holidays this year.

We are delighted to announce the general availability of a the latest release 11.11.0 firmware and 18.0.0 PC applications for Total Recall VR recorders which include support for RTP over independent TCP when recording in ED-137/4B and ED-137/4C networks and a new processor module upgrade option for the LinX Altus.
With mixed feelings we are announcing the end of the line (EoL) for the LinX Omnia effective as of March 26th 2021.
The Total Recall VR LinX Omnia has been our flagship high capacity analogue, ISDN and IP recording appliance since 2008. The product in all of its reincarnations span 2 generations of hardware and software technologies. However, with the demise of ISDN around the world and improvements in processing power that is now available to our other products, in particular the LinX Altus, the LinX Omnia is no longer a preferred option for new projects.
