Total Recall VR clients work in a multitude of different industries, however they all share one requirement: seamless integration between their call recording solution and their existing communications systems.
Our team of talented engineers work with a range of industry-recognised partners to develop close integration between Total Recall VR and their communications systems. Some examples include:
Total Recall VR is a registered technology partner of Tait Communications, a worldwide provider of radio communications products to mission-critical clients. Total Recall VR systems that are based on the LinX technology (for example LinX Altus, LinX Neos, LinX Omnia, LinX Essence & LinX Evolution) have been verified by Tait for seamless interoperability with their DMR networks, reliably and securely recording communications in IP or Analogue modes.
Total Recall VR has undertaken extensive testing with Omnitronics to ensure interoperability between Total Recall VR and Omnitronics’ IP and Analogue radio management systems. For example, Total Recall VR can record communications from the DX-Altus dispatching solution directly via the IP network, with analogue recording channels via the Tape Monitoring Unit (TMU), or recording of RTP streams between IPR RoIP gateways.
Total Recall VR has partnered with Jacques Technologies to augment their industry-leading IP intercom and public address solutions with our secure and easy-to-use call recording systems. Total Recall VR supports hybrid passive and active SIP and RTP recording which makes it the ideal solution for voice recording in IP based intercom and public address systems.
Total Recall VR as undertaken extensive testing with Zenitel to ensure interoperability between Zenitel's ICX-AlphaCom and AlphaCom and Total Recall VR recorders via the AlphaCom Recorder Interface. Zenite's products use Total Recall VR's active SIP recording interface.
Total Recall VR has been comprehensively tested with Hytera DMR networks to ensure seamless integration. Hytera is a worldwide provider of radio communications products to mission-critical clients. Total Recall VR LinX systems have been verified by Hytera for seamless interoperability with their DMR networks, reliably and securely recording communications in IP or Analogue modes.
Total Recall VR has been successfully integrated and tested with CallMiner Eureka, the leading solution to improve contact center and enterprise performance through speech analytics. This integration allows you to reveal insights from automated voice analysis of communications recorded on Total Recall VR systems.
Total Recall VR has been successfully integrated and tested with the SkySoft-ATM to deliver audio and screen recording solutions to Air-Traffic Control and Public Safety clients world-wide. In addition, Total Recall VR is used in Air-Traffic Control training environments.
Total Recall VR has undertaken extensive testing with Zetron to ensure interoperability between Total Recall VR and Zetron’s MAX dispatch and ACOM command and control solutions.
