Our local electricity supply company advised us that electricity supply will be cut to our area to upgrade the electricity infrastructure between 9am and 5pm on Wednesday August 25th, local Sydney time.

However, we only have backup power for 15-20 minutes in our server room, so we have no option but to shut down all of our IT infrastructure during the power outage. As a result, both Prolancer and Total Recall VR e-mail, web sites and CRM will not be operational during the outage. In addition the factory will be closed. This means that we will not be able to manufacture any systems, conduct repairs, and process orders during the outage. Support will be limited to telephone only (while the batteries of our mobile devices last I guess – gone are the days of the land-lines), e-mail and remote support will not be available.
We plan to restore normal operation within 1 hour once the power to our area is restored.
