2019/2020 holiday season Total Recall VR factory closing times
Please note the following closing dates for the Total Recall VR factory during the 2019/2020 holiday period in Australia:
- 28th October to 8th of November 2019.
- 2nd of December to 6th of December 2019.
- 13th of January to 17th of January 2020.
This year there will be 3 different closing periods to allow for factory premises renovation and staff annual leave.
As before, the last day that we will fully process an order is 3 working days before the start date of each period and the last day to ship an order is 1 working day before the start date of each period. If unsure, please contact us.
The factory closing periods are as follows:
Period 1
Closing Dates: 28th October to 8th of November 2019.
Reason: Facility renovation and staff annual leave.
Order processing: We will acknowledge all orders, however we will process orders only if they can be fulfilled from available stock.
Order shipping: Not available.
Support: Generally available but may be slower than usual.
Period 2
Closing Dates: 2nd of December to 6th of December 2019.
Reason: Staff annual leave.
Order processing: We will only acknowledge orders.
Order shipping: Not available.
Support: Generally available but may be slower than usual.
Period 3
Closing Dates: 13th of January to 17th of January 2020.
Reason: Staff annual leave.
Order processing: We will only acknowledge orders.
Order shipping: Not available.
Support: Generally available but may be slower than usual.
