Export Compliance

All Total Recall VR appliances and applications are manufactured in Australia.

However, some software (the operating system for example) and hardware (audio codecs, hard disks, disc drives ...) are manufactured in other countries and imported to be used in the assembly of the Total Recall VR appliances and applications. Export restrictions may or may not apply to such software and hardware.

Total Recall VR appliances are not on any Australian Defence and Strategic Goods list. More information on such lists is available here: http://www.defence.gov.au/exportcontrols/ICT.asp.

As a manufacturer of Total Recall VR appliances and applications, when exporting Total Recall VR appliances and applications, Prolancer Pty Ltd does so in accordance to the Australian export sanctions that are listed here: https://dfat.gov.au/international-relations/security/sanctions/pages/sanctions.aspx.

Further, all Total Recall VR appliances and applications do not fall under the jurisdiction of the US Department of Commerce and are not on an export control list, hence the ECCN classification is EAR99.

However you should be aware that Prolancer Pty Ltd uses:

  1. An operating system in the Total Recall VR appliances with ECCN 5D992.c, license exception "Mass Market 740.17(b)(1)". You can find more information on the operating system and its ECCN classification on this page: https://www.centos.org/legal/#export-compliance-customs-information.

Note that it is your responsibility to re-export Total Recall VR appliances and applications, if doing so, in accordance with the requirements of the above mentioned export laws. Under no circumstances you should re-export or transfer, directly or indirectly, Total Recall VR appliances and applications to prohibited destinations, countries and denied persons.
