Total Recall VR PC applications require a 32bit release of the Java runtime (JRE) in order to run.
Unfortunately Oracle has decided to end packaging 32bit versions of the JRE as of Java 9. There is a big backlash to this from the developer community, however as we are talking about Oracle it is unlikely that they will change their mind and start packaging 32bit releases.
Please install the latest Java 8 32bit JRE which will enable you to run the Total Recall VR PC applications. You will find an installation package for the latest Java 8 32bit release on the Total Recall VR USB thumb drive that came with your system, or alternatively you can download it from the Java web site.
